Since graduating from WAAPA & studying in the USA with Ivana Chubbuck, Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle, Ovation & Greenroom awards recipient, Andrew Bongiorno, has worked for many respected international directors, including Academy Award winners Ben Affleck, Nick Enright & Sam Mendes. Highlights from Andrew's career include working on the Cannes award-winning TV drama "Satisfaction" for Showtime Australia & performing the lead in the world premiere of The Red & The Black, "... a theatrical triumph... Bongiorno surfs on tides of self-deprecation... a fabulous performance that ripples with intelligence, sensuality & rakish charm, underscored by a current of social paranoia." - 4.5 stars, Cameron Woodhead, The Age. The critical acclaim continued when Andrew portrayed the lead role of Peter Allen in "The Boy From Oz" for which Los Angeles Times critic, David C.
