Les Hill

Les started acting at the age of 14, and soon found a natural gift for performing. He became one of the most recognised and idolised characters on Australia’s longest running TV series “Home and Away”, and won numerous awards in Australia and UK for the series and with obvious international appeal, he moved to the UK to pursue his craft.

From the moment he arrived in London, Les worked back to back on a number of plays and pantomime as well as a variety of television series. Upon his return to Australia, Les continued to set new standards for Australian drama with key guest roles on ‘Wildside’, ‘Water Rats’ and a leading role as a regular on ‘Pacific Drive’.

He next jumped into a lead role in the high-end drama series ‘Underbelly’ for the role of Jason Moran. Les has received high praise from critics and peers alike.

His natural strength and fitness has seen Les compete at The Australian titles in Judo, Field Hockey and Athletics. Les continues to push himself through training in Judo, Jui-Jitsu and boxing.

Mid 2011 marked the thrid and final series of Rescue Special Ops on which Les played lead Dean Gallagher.

He went on to land the role of Hooper on Spielberg’s FOX production Terra Nova.
