Sam O’Sullivan
Originally from Perth, Sam’s first professional role was Gunther Schultz in Channel 10’s series, FastTracks. He completed a Bachelor of Arts at Curtin University, majoring in Film and Television before moving to Sydney to attend the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).
Whilst at NIDA Sam appeared in A Midsummer Night’s Dream as Demetrius, The Hypochondriac as Argan and Lord of the Flies as Perceval. Sam’s original play Gods and Zombies showed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Since graduating in 2010, Sam’s theatre credits include the HOBO Collective’s Men Without Shadows, Toby Schmitz’s, Capture the Flag, the 2011 Just For Laughs Comedy Gala, the Rodney Seaborn Award winning play, Sprout. Most recently Sam has been touring with Chris Canute’s Shakespeare on Trial.
His screen credits include the short films Little Love, Simpleton (which he wrote & appeared at the Short Film Corner for the Cannes Film Festival) and Zombie Case Study (which he wrote and directed) and Packed to the Rafters.
