Tiffany Wong

Tiffany Wong 黃寶珠 (she/her) discovered acting when she joined her high school musical, but it was not until completing her university exchanges (to Taipei and Lyon) that she returned home to Sydney and discovered acting as a potential career path. Since then, she has realised a talent for comedic and quirky roles such as a try-hard ‘clown-killer’ dressed in bright make-up and costume, Cassy, in the web-series We Kill Clowns. Tiffany has also starred in feature and short films, including as a lead in the upcoming Amazon feature, Five Blind Dates. Tiffany has performed extensively on stage at Sydney Festival, Sydney Fringe, and in a sketch comedy group for Sydney Comedy Festival. She has also worked with companies including Australian Theatre for Young People, New Theatre, KXT bAKEHOUSE, and Sport for Jove. Tiffany is also committed to diversity and inclusion, and recently established Slanted Theatre – a Sydney-based Asian-Australian independent theatre company committed to creating opportunities for and supporting emerging Asian Australian theatre-makers. Since its establishment in 2021, Tiffany has directed three plays with all Asian casts and crews. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts (Performance Studies, Music, and Chinese Studies) and a Diploma (French Studies). Outside of acting, Tiffany is a drama and music educator at a primary school, plays the piano, speaks Mandarin and French, and is skilled in Kung Fu. Tiffany is a proud member of Actors Equity.
