A thirty-five-year veteran of stage, screen and television Mark has played an array of memorable characters alongside some of the most renowned actors in the world. Graduating from the Sydney Acting School in November 1988 Mark was thrust straight into ‘Rafferty’s Rules’ the following day after the producers saw his graduation. Mark soon had roles in ‘A Country Practice,’ ‘GP’, ‘Home & Away’’, ‘E Street’ ‘All Saints’ to name a few. Also, in Mini-series ‘Heartland’ with Cate Blanchette and ‘Roar’ alongside Heath Ledger. Mark was praised for his performance in the critically acclaimed feature film ‘Beneath Clouds’. He was also in ‘Mr Nice Guy’ with Jackie Chan and the acclaimed feature film ‘The Nothing Men’ opposite Colin Friels of which Mark not only wrote but also directed. It’s Mark’s insight into character writing that has harnessed a deeper and edgy quality in the characters he portrays.
